1. Who we are

MiixKey ("we", "our", "us") operates the website miixkey.com and sells the MiixKey hardware security key. By placing an order or browsing the site, you agree to the terms below.

2. Orders and payments

All orders are processed through Whop, our payment partner and Merchant of Record. By placing an order you authorize Whop to charge the payment method you provide. Prices are shown in your local currency where supported, with the final amount confirmed at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after charge, you receive a full refund within 5–10 business days.

3. Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide via tracked carriers. Free shipping is offered on every order; expedited options may be available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and exclude customs delays.

• Europe: 5–10 business days
• North America: 7–14 business days
• Rest of world: 10–21 business days

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier hands the package to the local delivery service.

4. Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories included. To start a return, contact support. Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

5. Warranty

MiixKey comes with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage or unauthorized modifications.

6. Safe use

MiixKey is a hardware security key. You agree to:

• Keep your device PIN and backup recovery codes confidential
• Avoid exposing the device to extreme heat, moisture or physical impact
• Only connect the device to trusted USB-C hosts
• Comply with local regulations about cryptographic device import and use

7. Intellectual property

All site content — text, images, logos, videos and code — is owned by MiixKey or its licensors and may not be copied, redistributed or used commercially without written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MiixKey is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product or the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Paris, unless mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to sue in your local courts.
